Arsalan holds an LLB (Hons.) from the University of London and professional designations from ICAEW, ACCA, ICAP, and PIPFA. He specializes in regulatory compliance, taxation and financial efficiencies, ERP implementations, and stakeholder engagement across multi-jurisdictional entities.

He brings a rare blend of legal and financial acumen to his advisory roles and has led legal-financial strategies for major organizations in the UK, US, and Pakistan.
